Long Lasting Lipstick

Apply in one direction from the outside corner of the mouth in a fluid, sweeping motion. Let each layer dry for 3-5 seconds before applying the next layer. I have found this to be key.  If you use a back and forth motion, your second pass over your lips actually takes off the colour put on by the first pass.
