Is her waist smaller than her head?

By now, most of us have seen the Dove video on YouTube showing the transition of the model from “normal attractive woman” to supermodel.  We have seen the recent uproar (positive uproar) of the “plus-size” models shown in Glamour magazine.

While we realise these images are airbrushed, photoshopped, manipulated, we still see them as real  We still compare ourselves to these un-real women.

Now Ralph Lauren has put out an advertisement with a model so thin her waist appears to be smaller than her head.  Is this real or is it Memorex? (wow am I showing my age bringing up that ad!)
